Greetings from Cheeseland

Greetings all from lovely Wisconsin, home to Fulcrum’s new editorial offices, where the temperature is (in the words of the great Tom Waits)  “colder than a well-digger’s a**.”  The cold temperature, however, does not detract from the beauty of this region, and I must say this is perhaps the most beautiful place I have lived (and that includes the Rockies and New England).  The people are wonderful, the setting beautiful and the local food fantastic.  In the two months since moving here, I have been reaching out to dozens of authors, and those initial contacts are starting to bear fruit, as I anticipate Fulcrum will have its first books from the upper Midwest sometime in 2010.  This is a region full of great authors and stories, which we look forward to sharing.
