I would like to see more staff picks like your holiday staff picks entry. One of my favorite things to do is spend time in my local indie bookstore perusing titles and seeing their current staff recommendations. I’m always interested in discovering new titles of interest to read and this is one way I enjoy doing that.

  2. Jeffrey A. Shreve says:

I would like to see not only what you are currently publishing. I would like to see what your staff would recommend to the readers. What do they have on their nightstand? Do any of your authors have book signings in the Denver area? How can new writers get into the biz and what works for your firm? We know that as writers we will see lots of rejection letters. What we do not see is what we as writers can do to make the story compelling that anyone would want to continue and not put the story down. Do you have resourses for others to use to help them along the way to become the next NY times bestseller or to win the Hugo and Nebula awards and other prestigious prizes. And finally, what is trending on the market today? What is thrilling the readers of todays young adults, children, adults, professionals day workers and the general public? A lot to think about isn’t it?
