SPOON and Robert Greer were guests on Jenn’s Bookshelves today!

Spoon_CBSD

Today is the second day of Robert Greer’s blog tour. He was the guest on one of my new favorite book blogs (Jenn’s Bookshelves).

Not only was his guest post featured on her homepage. www.jennsbookshelves.com
Jenn also posted a great review of Spoon, and is hosting a book giveaway!
So, go visit her blog to check out the review of Spoon and to enter the giveaway. Better hurry, she’s already got several takers.

Happy Friday!

Spoon Blog Tour Begins!

Spoon_cover

We’ve been working on setting up a blog tour for Robert Greer and his new novel, Spoon. Today is the first day of the tour.

Robert is the guest blogger on Somebody Dies blog. AND we’re doing a giveaway to the first 5 people to respond, so go check out the post: http://somebodydies.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html

Somebody Dies is the perfect place to start this tour since they cover crime, horror, and Western fiction. Spoon is the story of a biracial contemporary cowboy who is searching the West for his roots. Along the way he helps the family he joins deal with the coal company who has come to take their land. Spoon is western contemporary fiction, with a hint of the suspense that has served Greer so well throughout his popular CJ Floyd mystery series.

A big thanks to Somebody Dies for hosting Robert Greer today!

Preparing for Book Expo America

BEA in NYC is just 2 weeks away and we’re working on all our last Fulcrum25Yearswebminute  prep, gathering blads and postcards, making awesome poker chips for our Smaldone giveaway, ordering cupcakes for our  25th anniversary party (3pm in our booth on Saturday, May 30 at BEA), finding out where all the parties are and where the closest Dunkin’ Donuts is – you know, the important stuff!

We’re super excited to be on the Consortium aisle this year, in booth #4518. Along with the cupcake party, we’ve got Robert Greer signing Spoon in our booth 11-12pm and Ted Gioia will sign The Birth (and the Death) of the Cool from 1-2pm.  If you’re at BEA, stop by and say hello!
